Also, I find "President Bush Announces Gang Involvement Prevention Initiative" a completely confusing. Are they just tacking 'initiative' onto everything now? How many favorite words can we cram into one announcement? "President Bush Announces Hurricane Taskforce Prevention Department Initiative." Grrr.
