GAG-gart, n.
1. One who nauseates others with excessive boasting. “Appalled that he would date such a gaggart, June scrolled through her work-crush’s Facebook wall and retched at each of his new girlfriend’s simpering posts.” See also: vomiscuity (the repulsive quality of crowing about one’s frequent romantic exploits); yuxury (a lifestyle achieved only by spending disgusting amounts of money).

Don’t worry, Karla – that was a group effort! Gaggart was mine, but Yuxury is courtesy of Lizzie herself, and Vomiscuity must be attributed to a coworker of mine. Yay teamwork.

Here’s the concept that needs wittier phrasing:
MOM-ble – when a kid shouts “MOM!!!” from the other end of the house, and finishes the sentence inaudibly. (So mom has to run to find out what’s up.)
